Custom service

Request an IEZ Profile.

An Installation Efficiency Zone (IEZ) profile encodes your shop's fabrication standards, services, materials, hanger rules, and clearances into a ForgeFab-ready configuration. Tell us how your team builds, share your spec, and we'll deliver a profile you can load straight into ForgeFab.

1

Share your standards

Send your services, materials, clearance rules, and a spec or standards file.

2

We build the profile

We translate your standards into a tested IEZ profile, built bespoke for your shop.

3

Load and go

Receive a ForgeFab-ready profile and start fabricating to your standards.

Standards we follow

Every profile is built to a documented standard.

Your IEZ profile isn't improvised. It's built to MEP-STD-001, our versioned MEP Standards Manual, a single, unambiguous reference governing materials, system types, connectors, naming, and Revit service-pack structure across Mechanical Ductwork, Pipework, and Plumbing.

MD

Mechanical Ductwork

One unified duct service across galvanized, stainless, aluminium, fiberglass, flex & fabric, differentiated by material code & SMACNA pressure class (A–E / HP), not tangled service trees.

MP

Mechanical Pipework

Hydronic, refrigerant, steam, compressed air, gas, medical-gas & fire-suppression piping, standardized schedules, materials, and system types.

PL

Plumbing

Domestic water, sanitary DWV, storm & specialty waste, material standards, DFU fixture-unit loads, and IPC / UPC code references.

Governed by recognized industry standards

SMACNA HVAC Duct Construction ASTM A653 / A240 / B209 UL 181 Air Duct Listing NAIMA / ASTM C1071 ASHRAE 90.1 IPC / UPC Plumbing Code ACCA Manual D

Unified services

One service family per discipline, with material & pressure class encoded in the type name: cleaner models and far fewer connector conflicts.

Connector compatibility rules

Explicit connector types and system-classification mapping that stop Revit connector errors before they propagate across federated models.

Consistent naming convention

A single, unambiguous MD / MP / PL naming standard applied to every system type and duct/pipe family.

Revit service pack

A structured service pack pre-loads every compliant system type, family, and shared parameter straight into your template.
