Register with your verified work email and company details. Choose your plan and number of tracking licenses, then complete Stripe checkout. Once payment is confirmed, invite teammates by their work email. They complete their own profile, install Momentum, and connect Revit to the company in their invitation. Any granted trial lasts 7 days from its original start date. Updating or reinstalling Momentum or ForgeFab does not restart the trial. Paid company agreements keep their current terms.
Any unique person whose Revit session has been recorded in the last billing period. If someone runs Revit on two machines, it's one modeler. If they don't open Revit during the month, they don't count.
Yes, and they should. The addin shows them their own active/idle stats in the My Tasks panel. Idle attribution is editable on the modeler's side: they can mark a span "off-clock, meeting" and it's removed from the lost-idle bucket. Momentum is here to replace timesheets, not to watch them work.
No. We bill on the count of modelers who logged at least one Revit session in the period. A modeler who took the month off doesn't count.
Yes. Cancel from the dashboard with one click, prorated to the day. Your data is yours: export your timesheets and payroll data as CSV at any time, on any plan.
Company administration is free. Tracking licenses start with Starter at $29 per person per month. A company administrator who also uses Momentum in Revit needs a tracking license.
Momentum works for any Revit team: architectural, structural, MEP, fabrication. The activity tracking is discipline-agnostic. The addin is a 6 MB one-click install per modeler with no IT setup.
