Any unique person whose Revit session has been recorded in the last billing period. If someone runs Revit on two machines, it's one modeler. If they don't open Revit during the month, they don't count.
Yes — and they should. The addin shows them their own active/idle stats in the My Tasks panel. Idle attribution is editable on the modeler's side: they can mark a span "off-clock — meeting" and it's removed from the lost-idle bucket. Momentum is here to replace timesheets, not to watch them work.
No. We bill on the count of modelers who logged at least one Revit session in the period. A modeler who took the month off doesn't count.
