Company profile

Team API key

This key authenticates your team's Revit addin to your Momentum workspace. It's automatically baked into the modeler installer below, you only need the raw key for advanced/manual deployments.

Modeler installer

One file for your team. It already knows your team, so there is nothing to configure. Signed by GetMomentum .LLC, so no SmartScreen warning. The addin runs silently inside Revit: each modeler sees only task popups and a "My Tasks" button. No admin controls, no settings panel, nothing to misconfigure.

Download it and share the file with your crew (shared drive, email, chat). One download installs on up to 25 computers within 14 days; grab a fresh copy anytime for more. Do not rename the file, the name is what identifies your team.

Full team workspace

The rich dashboard view, tasks kanban (drag and drop status), projects, calendar, workload pies, full session activity. All reading from your Firebase tenant in real time.

Desktop dashboard

This same dashboard in its own window, with a persistent Microsoft sign-in so you are not logging in every morning. It lives in the tray, can open at startup, and updates itself in the background. Windows 64-bit.

Hub server (optional, admin only, deprecated)

The Hub is a local dashboard server you can run on a project lead's PC for a fully on-prem view of team activity. Optional, most teams just use this web dashboard instead. Install it only if you want a local-network alternative or a fallback when internet is down.

1. Run the downloaded MomentumHub-Setup.exe on one PC (a server, project lead's machine, etc.).
2. Step through the wizard, pick a port (default 5500) and a shared sessions folder.
3. Anyone on the same network can hit http://<that-pc>:5500/ for the local dashboard.

Everyone the system has seen, admins, members, and modelers who use the addin without dashboard accounts. Send tasks to anyone; offline modelers receive them next time their addin polls Firestore.

Import the GC's construction schedule (Excel/CSV) per project, pours, BIM/coordination, shop-drawing dates. Drives the alerts here, the daily reminder email, and Revit milestone popups.

Roles & permissions

Two roles control what teammates see and do in this workspace. Promote, demote, or remove members below, the server enforces that the workspace always has at least one admin.

What each role can do

Modelers who use the addin without a dashboard account aren't shown here, they only see their own tasks via the Revit "My Tasks" panel and never have dashboard access. Full reference

Invitations

Add a teammate's email to send them a join link automatically, or leave it blank and we'll just generate the link for you to copy. They'll register their own account using the link.

Modeler acknowledgments

Modelers see a one-time monitoring notice in Revit on first launch. This card shows who has and hasn't acknowledged it, and which monitoring tier they picked. Per Holmes v. Petrovich + Bărbulescu factor 1, you should chase down un-acknowledged modelers, until they acknowledge, no Revit session data leaves their machine.

Pending data deletion requests

Members of your workspace can request deletion of their session data via their dashboard. Approve = sessions + acknowledgments are deleted; their tasks remain. Deny = closes the request with a note.

Audit log

Admin-significant actions on this workspace, role changes, member removals, invite create/revoke, webhook config changes, template edits, settings changes, DSAR resolutions. Append-only. Required by SOC 2 and useful as evidence in any dispute. Last 50 entries shown.

My data

Download a copy of every Revit session, task, and acknowledgment Momentum holds about you, or request that your workspace admin delete it. Per Privacy Policy §7: your employer is the data controller; deletion is subject to their approval.

A note on using this data

Momentum is designed for operational project management, tracking hours against budgets, routing tasks, surfacing project status. It is not designed as evidence for adverse employment actions. Using session data as the sole basis for discipline or termination may shift your legal posture under Bărbulescu factor 3 ("operational" "investigatory") and state labor / human-rights review. We strongly recommend that any employment decision be based on independent operational judgment, not on a Momentum dashboard alone. Got it, dismiss.
